We help older adults with just about everything. Here are a few examples of what we do every day.

Here are a few examples of the kinds of things we do:

• Every day, we provide round-the-clock care to a lady who is very well, except for some short-term memory loss. We live with her, take her to church, to the doctors, to the hairdresser every week, and to the country club whenever she feels like it.
• Twice a day, we go into the home of an ex-marine officer who is partially paralyzed from an old stroke. We help him with his exercises, prepare a meal, dispense his medications, clean up, do laundry, bring in the paper, and sometimes go grocery shopping. We also drop him off at an adult day center for card games and lunch, then pick him up a few hours later and bring him back home.
• In the winter, our caregivers fly to the West Coast and the Southeastern States (in alternating weekly shifts) to care for one of our clients, a retired doctor, who lives in both regions during the winter months. Our caregivers handle everything his family would: cooking, cleaning, driving, playing golf, watching the Indians practice, going to dinner, and even attending the opera.
• Three days a week, we assist a retired accountant who lives with her daughter and son-in-law, both doctors with busy schedules. We help her with her shower, style her hair, dress her, and take her to adult day care. Her daughter picks her up and brings her home at the end of the day. This arrangement allows her family to provide 24-hour care while reducing costs, as adult day care is 2-3 times cheaper than in-home care, without shouldering all the care responsibilities themselves.
