At Visiting Companions & Caregivers of New Jersey, we’re dedicated to helping seniors live comfortably and independently in the place that they choose to call home. We’re popular for our expertise in chronic illness management, post-hospital and post-rehabilitation care, supporting faster recovery and functional wellness while reducing hospital readmissions and costs. Our services are also designed to relieve family caregivers' stress.

Our phones are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week all year long. If you get our voice mail, your call will be returned within two business hours. Once we connect, you will share your situation and then we will discuss possible solutions. If you like what we tell you then we can begin working together right away. Our team is made up of kind, compassionate, matured, experienced, fully vetted, insured and bonded caregivers ready to take your caregiving stress away.

When you call, we will discuss your caregiving situation, and then one of our care advisors will pay a friendly visit to you and/or your loved one.

Together, we will design a care program that will float your stress away as your loved one gets compassionately cared for.

If your loved one is coming home from the hospital or rehabilitation center, we will coordinate the services with the home health care team and work together to make sure that your loved one gets better, does not return to the emergency room, and reaches and maintains the highest functional and wellness level that the body will allow.
